1.Prayer of Rededication
Mighty God, I come to You this day, acknowledging that I belong to you-spirit, soul, and body. My body is Your temple. I am sorry for ignoring You and running away from, doing my own thing.
Forgive me, Lord, and restore me into fellowship with You. Take me as I am and give me a fresh start. Without You, I can do nothing. I need You each step of the way. Have full sway over my life. I love You and want to live for You, Your plans and purposes.
Thank You Lord. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
2. Prayer of Worship
Excellent One, the Most High, Number one in my life, All-powerful, All-knowing, Ever-present Lord, I bless you and thank You for the privileged and opportunity of coming into Your throne of Grace without guilty shame or condemnation.
How lovely and amiable is Your dwelling place. In your presence is fullness of joy and at Your right hand there are pleasures for evermore. As the dear pants after water, so my soul longs for you. Only You can satisfy. I thank you fro Your grace, goodness, faithfulness, kindness and unfailing love.
I ascribe to You, wisdom, dominion, adoration, glory and praise.
3. Prayer For Protection
God is my refuge and my strength, my ever-present help in trouble. O lord, my eyes are on You, my Shield, Shelter, and Buckler.
When my enemies come in one way, they flee in seven ways. In the Rock I hide. In His shadows I abide. I thank You Lord that your angels encamp around those who fear You and they deliver them.
Hide O Lord under the shadow of Your wing. Let me see Your goodness in my life-time. Let me not be ashamed for putting my trust in You. May no weapon fashioned against me shall prosper. Fight against those who fight against me.
I thank you for the blood of Jesus that speaks for me. I thank you for Jesus- my Advocate, who is at Your right hand interceding for me. He has never lost a case and would not lose my case. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
4. Prayer To Find Your Financial Freedom
The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want. The Earth in all its fullness belongs to the Lord. Silver and gold belongs to my God.
Lord, I am Your sheep and I depend on You for provision. I count on You Lord to supply all my need according to Your riches in glory through Christ Jesus.
Give me a brilliant idea, Lord, and the motivation, connections to make it a reality. Show me places to sow even in the days of famine like Isaac in anticipation of a hundred fold return. Your word is true. It will not return to You empty but will accomplish that which You please. Thank You Lord for my provision. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
5. Prayer for Health and Healing
Lord I thank You for Jesus who died not only to take away my sin but also to heal me of my disease. You sent your word and healed them and today I am counting on You for healing-emotional, relational, physical, mental and psychological.
Touch me, from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet and I will be made totally whole- nothing broken and nothing missing.
Thank You Jesus. You are my Healer- the Great Physician. Your word is medicine to my body. My body is your temple, Your abode and no disease shall trespass on Your divine territory. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
6. Prayer For Divine Direction
Lord, You are my Light, my might, my Guide and my Salvation. Lead me Lord, in the way I should go. Guide me with Your eyes, O Lord. As many as are led by the spirit of God, they are the children of God. You sent Your Spirit to guide us into all truth.
Holy Spirit, I yield to you. Show me Your mind, Your will, Your purpose for my life. I choose to involve You in all my decisions. You call the shots. You lead while I follow. You know what is best for me. Let your counsel stand- not my will, but Your will be done. I want Your perfect will, not Your permissive will- definitely not my will. Thank You, Lord as work out Your plans and purposes in my life. In Jesus' Name Amen.
7. Prayer For Deliverance
He who dwells in the secret place of the most high would abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my Refuge, my God, in Whom I trust. Surely He will save my from fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence. His faithfulness will be my shield and my rampart.
I will not be afraid of the terror by night, the arrow that flies by day or the destruction that stalks in the darkness.
If God be for me, who can be against me?
Fight for me, O Lord. Clothe my enemies with shame. Those who trust in You are never put to shame. The battle is not mine but the Lord's. Thank You Lord. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
8. Prayer For Employment
Lord, I come to you today for help. I have no other One to go to. You are my God- my ever-present help in trouble.
Lord, open a door that no one can shut. Open O Lord, a door of employment. You said in your word, if a man does not work he should not eat. I desire a job O Lord. Lead me to my green pastures mighty God. Grant me favour wherever I go. Go before me O Lord to make every crooked path straight.
Help me Lord to acquire the right skills that make me marketable, in demand and with the right attitude for altitude. Thank You Lord for your faithfulness.
Help me to be the best wherever I so that Your name will be glorified.
9. Prayer for Finding and fulfilling Your Vision
Lord, I thank You that I am not an accident. You made me unique, with a unique purpose. Help me Lord, to find the purpose of my life, face it and fulfil it.
I thank You for the gifts You have given me for my purpose. Help me Lord to recognise these gifts, hone them, rekindle the fire in me and use the gifts to realise and accomplish the assignment of my life.
I pray, Lord, that I will not be side-tracked or weighed down by weight you have not intended for me to carry. Grant me, Lord the wisdom to be focus and press on to the finishing line. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
10. Prayer against the Powers of Darkness
Greater is He that is me than he that is in the world. Whoever is born of God, overcomes the world. Jesus disarmed principalities and powers and He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them even through the cross.
The Lord is my light and my salvation. Of whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life. Of who shall be afraid? When my enemies come to eat up my flesh, even in this will I be confident: the battle is the Lord's. No weapon fashioned against me shall prosper. my enemies who come in one way will flee in seven ways. They will stumble and fall. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
